Mission Statement:

The mission of the Eureka School District is to provide a positive learning environment where each student's individual, social, and academic abilities are nurtured to their fullest potential by caring and professional teachers, administrators and support staff.

Vision Statement:

A.  Classroom instruction is given first priority.

B.  The environment is such that the students develop an enthusiastic approach to learning.

C.  All staff members perform their duties in a cooperative and professional manner.

D.  All who function as part of the school feel that they are working in a safe environment.

E.  Student instruction will incorporate the most feasible updated technology to prepare    students  to compete in the modern work place.

F.  All children will start school ready to learn.

G.  At least 90 percent of our students will graduate from high school.

H.  Our students will demonstrate competency in challenging subject matter and will learn to use their minds well.

I.  Every graduate will be literate and have the knowledge and skills necessary to compete in a world economy and exercise the rights and responsibilities of citizenship

J.  Our school will be safe and drug-free and offer a disciplined environment conducive to learning.
