Mrs. Schumacher is the Elementary Title 1/Skills/Librarian for our school . This is her 5th year teaching. She is a SDSU graduate. She is originally from Highmore. “Children learn more from who you are than what you teach.”

Miss Criddle is our new 4th grade teacher this year! She graduated from Warner High School and will graduate in December at DSU! "I'm excited to have my first teaching position at Eureka. I love working with my students and getting to know them every day!"

Mrs. Frederick is our new speech pathologist. This is her 8th year in the profession! "My favorite part about being a speech-language pathologist is making connections with my students and helping them effectively communicate with their friends, teachers, and families."

Mr. Dale Batie was honored for 25 years of service in music education at the SDMEA banquet on Friday, October 27. Mr. Batie has taught instrumental music at Eureka school for those entire 25 years and is on his 26th year! Congratulations and thank you Mr. Batie!

The Eureka High School music department was recognized at the SDMEA banquet for having 85% or more of their students actively participating in music education. Mrs. Ingerson and Mr. Batie accepted the award! Congratulations!
