The E-Club is a student group that consists of everyone who has earned a letter in an extracurricular activity. Students receive the letter "E" for embroidering on lettermen jackets or to keep to collect pin awards on.

The E-Club does one main fundraiser every year, the selling of the World's Finest Chocolate. Every year, the entire community looks forward to the members of E-Club going around and selling the chocolate. The E-Club uses the funds raised from selling chocolate on many different school activities. In the past few years, the E-Club has donated money to the FCA, the Eureka School Fitness Center, and area families affiliated with a school.

The E-Club is available for every student in 9-12 to join, regardless if the student has lettered yet or not.
