Eureka School District

Eureka High School’s American Government class visited Pierre on Wednesday, January 31. The class toured the Capitol, attended the House Commerce and Energy Committee meeting, and received a summary of the legislative session from District 23 Senator Bryan Breitling and Representatives Scott Moore and J.D. Wangsness. The class was also invited to dinner at the Capitol by Agtegra Cooperative as part of a meal they were hosting in the Capitol Rotunda. The highlight of the trip was an opportunity to meet Governor Kristi Noem and Lieutenant Governor Larry Rhoden.
