On Tuesday, August 3rd, the North Central Annual Parent and Athlete Meeting will be held in Roscoe at 7:00 PM. All athletes in grades 6 - 12 should attend. This is a great opportunity to meet your coaches and teammates, get information about the sport or sports you plan to participate in throughout the year, get all the required paperwork for athletics, and go through the rules and regulations in order to participate in athletics in the North Central Sports Cooperative. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact the Eureka School District to sign up for the proper sports so we can get a count of athletes in each sport.
One addition this year to our offerings is the addition of football cheerleading this fall. If you are interested in football cheerleading, please contact the Eureka School District and attend the meeting in Roscoe on August 3rd.
Lastly, the Eureka School District has set aside time on Monday, August 2nd through Wednesday, August 4th, from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM each day for concussion baseline testing. Concussion baseline testing is required for all athletes before they start practicing. We have a document that needs a parent or guardian signature and it costs $3.00 per athlete for the concussion tests.
