This is Superintendent Nick Weismantel with an important announcement. Starting on Saturday, October 2nd, the track and field complex will be shut down due to work being done on the track. This track will be shut down for approximately 2 – 3 weeks. It is very important that we do not have any foot traffic on the track during this time. Kindergarten learned about Johnny Appleseed today! They made homemade applesauce, taste tested different kinds of apples, used their senses to learn about apples, learned about the life cycle of an apple tree, and did a fun art project too! We had lots of fun today!

This is Superintendent Nick Weismantel with an important message. The community is experiencing an uptick in COVID cases right now and we have a couple of staff and students who are out of school with COVID. Please monitor your children, and if they are not feeling well, please do not send them to school. We do have two testing options available. We have a rapid test we can administer here at school with parental consent and an over-the-counter option that we can send home with a student that parents can administer themselves. Our goal is to remain with in-person learning as we realize this is the best way for students to learn. Help us attain this goal by monitoring your child’s health. Together, we will make this a successful year.
