Good afternoon. Homework has been sent with all students for a potential distance learning day tomorrow. We are optimistic that we will be in the building tomorrow, but we want to ensure we are prepared in case we cannot. Good morning. We will be starting school at 10:30 AM. The county is out plowing. Busses will run where possible. Please get a hold of your bus driver if they won't be able to get to your location. 7th through 12th grade students will start with 3rd hour today.

The SDMEA Festival Choir Concert to be held in Mobridge on Monday, March 6th, has been postponed to a later date due to weather. The new date will announced at a later time.

Head T-Ball and Head 13U Baseball Coaches
The City of Eureka, an equal opportunity employer, is accepting applications for a head t-ball coach and a head 13 and under baseball coach. The 5th/6th grade games at the YMCA for Saturday have been CANCELLED. This was supposed to be the last games of the year so their season for games is over. The 5th grade boys are still encouraged to attend practice to help with the 4th graders who finish up next weekend. In addition, we have added a 4th grade boys basketball game in Herreid on Tuesday, March 6th at 7:00 PM. They will play after the 3rd grade boys who play at 6:00 PM. Go Thunder!

The 4th grade games in Aberdeen tomorrow will be played at Simmons Elementary.
Here is an update on upcoming activities for Friday and Saturday. On Friday, the Middle School Boys will play in Agar at 4:30/5:30 PM. The High School Boys will play a Varsity only game in Onida around 6:30 PM. The High School Girls will play their Region Game in Miller at 6:00 PM against Crow Creek. For Saturday, if the High School Girls beat Crow Creek on Friday, we will play at 6:00 PM again on Saturday, site to be determined based on who wins games tomorrow in the region. Saturday the Middle School Boys tournament in Warner will start with our first game at 9:45 AM. The 4th grade boys will play in Aberdeen as previously scheduled with the bus leaving Eureka at 10:30 AM, Bowdle 10:55 AM, EC 11:10 AM. GO THUNDER!!!
